BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) displays your logo beside authenticated emails in supporting inboxes. It helps customers recognise real mail from you and ignore lookalikes. It requires a Mark Certificate, VMC or CMC, plus a properly enforced DMARC policy.

How long does SSL issuance take?

DV certificates are usually issued within minutes once domain control is confirmed. OV and EV take longer because the organization must be verified.

Do I need a trademark for BIMI?

A VMC requires a registered trademark for your logo. A CMC does not, but you need to show the logo has been in genuine use. Contact us and we will tell you which one fits.

Will my logo appear in every email app?

Support depends on the mailbox provider. Gmail and several other providers support BIMI, while others do not yet. The checkmark in Gmail appears with a VMC.

What is DMARC and do I need it?

DMARC tells receiving servers how to treat mail that fails authentication. BIMI requires an enforced policy, and we can set it up with you.
